I was lucky enough to get a retired dog from them. Zena is a dream, so well behaved and socialised with other dogs and people. We try to catch up a couple of times a year and although she settled in brilliantly with me she still loves to see them. Gets excited when she hears their car coming before I do. Now that’s a dog that has been well cared for and loved. And she is so damn pretty and spoiled.

We bought one of their puppies home nearly 3 months ago & the whole process was exactly what we had hoped for when we started looking for a breeder. From the day we chose Finley we had constant updates, they allowed us to visit their home to bond with Finley, we got photos, videos, advice to prepare our home for his arrival. Maggie has been a total gem since we brought her home! We can truly see how much time & effort is put into the puppies you breed. She has slept through the night every night, loves her crate, almost fully potty trained already, already knows a handful of commands. From the first point of contact I have only had positive interactions with this Breeder.

Questions were answered immediately, process of selecting and purchasing was made super easy. Gayle was incredibly accomodating to allow my children to view our newest addition via FaceTime.

The directions to the property were concise so that when the GPS failed we still arrived safely after a 4hr drive. We were shown all the dogs after meeting Indie. The breeder updated us with photos weekly as well as her 6 week vet check.

Transportation was efficiently organised to fly Indie and all information was provided well in advance of collection. The puppy pack that was sent was awesome.

It had lots of helpful hints and tips on biting, barking, house training, and more. It also gave insight into dog psyche, which I’ve found very interesting and helpful.

Indie has a beautiful temperament and is so eager to please. Indie is chief babysitter, playmate for soccer training always up for a game of chase as well as protector (a stray magpie dare land to close) and sometimes transport for my children.

A source of endless entertainment to both our older 12 yo canine (finally friends after barely tolerating for 10mths) and feline whilst guarding the house of possums and stray animals large or small.

The ongoing support of breeders has been brilliant. I can not praise the breeders professional service enough. I highly recommend BestBuddies as an exceptional breeder, an asset to ANKC Border Collies.
